Please note that high-volume commercial orders may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's specific guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our commercial accounts team via email with your order number and the specific quantities you wish to return for authorization.

  Receive RMA Number

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for our warehouse or the manufacturer.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all items are securely packed in their original commercial packaging to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged in return shipping cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned bulk inventory, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
